SHAN-PHILL TRAINING
CONDUCTS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

From August 2, 2022 SHAN-PHILL TRAINING has been conducting training in Customer Service with employees of Computer and Business Services Ltd.  Thirteen employees participated in this training which will improve customer service at the company.  At the end of the training participants will received a Certificate of Completion.

Shan-Phill Training
Accepted as  a Member

In February 2023 Shan-Phill Training received a letter of acceptance as a member of the Saint Lucia Hospitality & Tourism Association (SLHTA).  Shan-Phill Training is now a member of the Banks, Professionals, Educational/Training Institutions & other Allied Members.

is currently conducting training in Customer Service with the Management and Staff of Kick-Start Driving School

 SHAN-PHILL TRAINING WEBSITE GOES LIVE

SHAN-PHILL TRAINING launched it's website in August 2022 with the aim of attracting students for enrollment in the Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) and the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC/CXC). 

Students from Saint Lucia and the wider Caribbean can enroll in various CAPE and CSEC subjects. Registration is currently opened  for the September 2022 intake.

 

SHAN-PHILL is also available to conduct training in Customer Service & Supervisory Management, Restaurant Service to company employees.

 Training in
CVQ Electrical Training Level 1

Participants receiving training as part of TVET/CVQ Certification in Electrical Installation Level 1 including Information Technology & Communication (ICT). Please note that when you pursue training for the CVQ in Electrical Installation with Shan-Phill Training, you are given a CVQ IT Unit training as a bonus.

During the period 2nd to 15th August, 2022 Shan-Phill Training conducted training in Customer Service with employees of Computer and Business Services Ltd (CBS).  A total of fourteen employees participated in this training which significantly improved their customer service skills at the company.  

At the end of the training, participants received a Certificate of Completion.
